Dr. Pitter serves as the Clinical and Managing Director of POSS. As a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ, she primarily works with college students, young adults, and adults to relieve symptoms of stress related to anxiety, depression, and low-self-confidence. Dr. Pitter received her doctoral degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Upon completion of her post-doctoral internship, she worked for private agencies delivering in-home therapeutic services. She has also worked in residential facilities, university clinics and has done consulting work for private and public schools. She is formerly an adjunct professor in psychology who has taught classes in Developmental Psychology and Psychological Testing and Assessment at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Pitter specializes in assessment and evaluation and provides these services to county and local municipalities. Some of these assessments are for court-involved children and adolescents.
In her therapeutic practice, she uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Dr. Pitter recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and therefore tailors treatment accordingly, while placing emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and striving to create a healing environment. Her views of therapy are one that is a guided discovery in which clients examine issues, gain new perspectives, and develop and practice coping skills. She prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and goal-orientation while helping people identify and change ineffective patterns of thinking, to live a fuller and satisfying life.
Dr. Pitter also has experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Post-doctoral certification was earned as Board Certified Behavior Analyst after completing the advanced-ABA program at the City University of New York (CUNY). Although she primarily diagnoses individuals suspected of having autism, she also oversees appropriate treatment planning for individuals with ASD.

Melanie Mollozzi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She currently holds certification as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor. She completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, where she also completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Melanie is experienced in providing evaluations, case management services, therapy, and support to address the needs of children from preschool through high school, as well as their families. She has worked with clients at various levels of care ranging from outpatient services to more intensive levels of care including residential treatment. Additionally, she provides clinical supervision to Licensed Social Workers working toward their clinical licensure.
While her primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral in nature, she uses a strengths-based perspective and incorporates techniques from solution focused lens, as well as other treatment modalities based on individualized needs of each client.
Melanie focuses on meeting each client where they are at the inception of treatment. Once the starting point is established, Melanie facilitates the growth process by helping her clients explore the impact of current behavior on overall functioning. Her goal is to identify barriers to client functioning, and to explore ways to overcome those barriers. Through the therapeutic process, the client is expected to establish a safe and supportive environment to share their thoughts, beliefs and attitudes to improve their overall quality of life.

Carl T Grimm is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and New Jersey. He graduated from Columbia School of Social Work. Carl supervises the practice of many of our clinicians.
Carl is a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist-CCBT, a title granted by the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists in 2002. Additionally, Carl received a certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute in 2007. He has also received advanced training and certifications in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute. He uses his clinical judgement to discern which is the right approach or combination of approaches to engage clients in the therapeutic process.
Carl has vast experience treating many mental health needs. Some of these include: Depression and anxiety, addictions, relationship difficulties, adults with stressful life-circumstances, those coping with aging family members, survivors of childhood abuse, veterans, medical trauma survivors and those living with a debilitating or terminal illness.

Sheena Yenchak currently holds certification a as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, School Psychometrist, K-6 special education teacher through the state of New Jersey and has a Master’s of Arts in Collaborative Education grades K-12 from the University of Alabama Birmingham. She completed coursework toward certification as a BCBA form the Florida Institute of Technology.
During her teaching career, she had the opportunity to both attend and present at many professional development seminars on classroom management and behavior modification. Sheena has a wealth of experience with children classified with educational disabilities. Over the past 15 years, she has taught pre‐Kindergarten to 6th grade in a range of school settings, including full inclusion, resource instruction, self-contained, and a comprehensive treatment center. As an educator, she had the privilege of serving her students, parents, and colleagues in a variety of leadership positions such as lead teacher, Intel Teach selected participant, assistive technology representative, and inclusion programming leader.
Her current area of professional focus is serving children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her role as a BCBA, she conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments, develops Behavior Improvement Plans, and continually monitors the effective of interventions for her clients. She also shares a love for movement and dance!!

Michelle majored in Psychology at Brooklyn College where she completed her undergraduate coursework and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Psychology at Towson University. She completed the required training to receive her licensing as a Professional Counselor in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University. After several years in practice, Michelle expanded her foundation of expertise through completing an Applied Behavioral Analysis program at Penn State University where she earned her Graduate Certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Michelle provides individual recognition for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families coping with multiple issues in order to provide appropriate counseling and support. Shaynna Hunter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. She has been providing counseling services for twenty years. She has experience working with Adult and Child Psychiatric patients at Beth Israel Hospital and St. James Hospital in New Jersey. She has extensive experience working with children with disabilities and special needs.
Shaynna earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has received a Certification in Advance Clinical Practice from New York University – Post Masters Social Work Program.
Shaynna provides supervision for bachelor’s and master’s level Social Work students. And provides clinical supervision for master’s level LCSW candidates.

Roderick Singleton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. He completed his Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and has been certified in Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Couples Therapy for Substance Abuse Disorders.
Roderick provides individual, group and couples therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. He has worked as Care Manager with the UCMO’s, acted as Social Work/Discharge planner for the Department of Corrections of New Jersey and as a clinician on the Inpatient and Outpatient Units at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
Roderick uses many evidence-based treatment techniques as part of his clinical practice. Whether seeing an individual, couples, or families, Roderick utilizes his strong clinical background and knowledge of theory to provide the most appropriate psychotherapy tailored to the client. He utilizes various evidenced based approaches to address challenges while meeting patients where they are to collaborate and assist them along the change process. He sees therapy as an opportunity to work together to connect the dots and heal by addressing life stressors and challenges that become overwhelming at times. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling & Psychology from William Paterson.
Erica utilizes various evidence-based approaches, such as relational, collaborative, strength–based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, solution and emotionally focused approaches to assist clients along the change process. For younger children, Erica uses art therapy as well, as a means to facilitate expression and communication in response to traumatic events. Dr. Rodriguez possesses a Ph.D. in Psychology and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of NJ. Driven by a passion and the well-being of others, her goals include keeping families together and helping individuals be their best.
Dr. Rodriguez provides supervision and training to licensed associate counselors who are working toward licensure for independent practice. She believes it is important that clinicians are appropriately prepared to meet the mental health challenges of their clients.

Lee Gleckel is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey and a Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Educational Psychology in the State of New York. Lee completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. She graduated Cum Laude Undergraduate with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education.
Lee has over 15 years of practical experience in a variety of environments and capacities. She provides therapy for individuals, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Lee has worked with clientele with different levels of care including inpatient, outpatient, court mandated and residential treatment. Her experience includes working with individuals who are experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship abuse/difficulties, trauma, chronic mental illness, health/wellness and general life concerns.

She is actively being supervised by an LCSW. Alyssa completed her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. Alyssa’s training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and social-behavioral approaches.
She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has worked with clients at various levels of care including intensive outpatient, group therapy, and intensive individualized behavioral therapy. Alyssa also works as a parent and wellness coach.

Amyn Pelaez-Camacho is currently a student in the School Psychology Psy.D. program at Rutgers University-GSAPP. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Montclair State University. Her graduate degree was completed at Kean University in Forensic Psychology. Additionally, Amyn has vast experience working with children with ASD in behavioral health agencies and working with forensic populations. She hopes to continue to enhance her experience with children and families throughout her doctoral studies and later in her career.
